Cancellation of participation must occur via email and be sent to info_ISDE12@sbg.ac.at If a notice of cancellation is received up to 20 days before the start date of the event, the participation fee will be refunded, except for a handling fee of 50 EUR. If a notice of cancellation is received within 20 days of the start date of the event the organizer keeps a cancellation fee of 50 % of the invoiced amount. In case of a no show without any notice received, the organizer will keep the entire fee. The cancellation fee will be waived if a replacement is identified by the registered participant. The organizer needs to be informed via email by the original participant (info_ISDE12@sbg.ac.at). Withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Law: since registration to the event constitutes as an online sale, the customer has the right, according to the Consumer Protection Law, to withdraw from this contract within seven working days (Saturday does not constitute a working day), counted from the day of registration.
